It's not honestly about whether he can win that state. It's whether a State has a right to remove a person from the ballot for a crime that nobody has been convicted for.
Trespassing, assault, theft, property damage... All basic rioting charges. Why has no Jan 6th defendant been convicted of insurrection?
If there were no insurrectionists, as born out by a complete lack of insurrection convictions, then there was no insurrection. If there's no insurrection, how can a state claim to remove a candidate from a FEDERAL election over an insurrection?
