They are harmful, and thats irrefutable data posted both by independent resources, and even Pfizer themselves.

Because they've killed a lot of people, or have left people with ever lasting heart issues, either short or long term.
They've been harmful against pregnant women,
They've had an effect on fertility
Etc,

And if you want to ignore physiological issues, you can talk about psychological ones.
Depression,
Anxiety,
Mental health related to not complying with forced vaccinations

Etc.

Causes Unknown is a great book to read, quick and easy and gets the point across.

From what I’ve seen generally the “vaccine deaths” aren’t really linked to the vaccines but rather the “excess death” figures with vaccines being blamed as the cause without other evidence to substantiate the claim. There is the established albeit uncommon myocarditis risk which seems to be short term
