TBH, since they don't become useable till P3, and don't become practically relevant till P4 onward, (assuming blizz doesn't rework lvl 60 bosses to being 2 lvls above instead of 3 like these previous tiers) your best bet is to just to toss em in bank and hibernate on them. Very unlikely to see realistic demand or offers till then.
