Depending on the time of the day?

I used to think that it's simply a matter of eating lower total calories. But I have noticed that I could eat pretty much the same amount of food but on different days, and I do this during different times, I get different results.

I am not a doctor so I really don't know that much about metabolism, but this really is something I have observed.

Just wondering if you have similar experience.

There are studies out there that suggest that eating later results in fewer calories being burned, higher fat storage and a reduction in your satiation meaning you still feel hungry.

If you're an individual who's regularly going to the gym or some other form of fitness, it's likely to be a pretty negligible impact.

I see. So it's not just my personal experience, there have been studies on it.

I don't go to the gym or do any exercise. I try to lose weight through reducing my calorie intake. So this makes quite a bit of difference.

You seem to base your self-worth on fitness. I am not like that.

No I don't. Because that's not what I'm trying to do.
