well I guess from a get level 99 in 3-8 days from ladder start Idea

You could use any helm with +2 barb +20% FCR +30% FRW (preferably with other useful stats +2 sockets, +30 strength, +20 dex, +60 life, +20 to all resists, +99% to AR visionary)
