the reason you use a helm like this is for the 20% faster cast rate. Also the odds of getting:

+2 barb skills
+20% faster cast rate
+30% Faster run walk
2 open sockets
visionary

the odds of getting that are 1 in 3,103,458,995

1 in 3.1 billion odds of rolling the item you're talking about.

Which basically makes it near impossible to spawn like that.

No visio, no trophy. Sorry, despite the probability.

Show me 2 helms with

+2 barb skills
+20% faster cast rate
+30% faster run walk
2 sockets

that are better than this one, I bet there isn't any.

And visionary is only needed for melee vs melee duels
