Thunderstorm: 2466 to 3213*1/6*(1-0.85)*(1-0)-40 = 40.325 topend dmg
Lo+wisp: +5maxres, 20%absorb
Lightning: 7 to 46122*1/6*(1-0.80)*(1-0.40)-0 = 1 to 922 topend dmg
Thunderstorm: 2466 to 3213*1/6*(1-0.80)*(1-0.40)-0 = 64.26 top end dmg
Lo+wisp is equal to +13maxres.
