Swimming or water exercise. Try to eat a bit less. Controlled portion size. You'll gain muscle and lose a bit of body fat. Exercise in water is the best workout.
Fun fact, swimming actually increases your appetite.

2. Determine your deficit by subtracting 250ish cals from your maintenance calories.
3. Aim for 1g/lb protein, 0.35-0.5g/lb fat and the rest carbs for your macros to fill in your calorie needs
4. Cut carbs to increase weight loss if you plateau
5. Sleep, work out, do cardio, eat Whole Foods that will curb cravings
