You will be significantly more satisfied, have longer lasting results and a much better grasp on your body if you take an approach where you actually put effort in rather than doing drug induced weight loss. Not to mention all the other significant benefits that come with lifting, and various forms of cardio be it high intensity or endurance training.

Literally just eat clean and work out keep protein at 1.2g per lb bw

Focus on the habits.

1) weight train 3-4 times a week
2) stay active outside of training (use a step counter)
3) eat a high protein, high fiber diet
4) drink enough water
5) sleep well
6) if you lose weight too fast, the cut on calories is probably too drastic and you won't be able to stick to it.

Ozempic can help in the process if it was prescribed to you. One of its main effects is decreasing appetite. My best advice would be to be proactive (see above) and don't solely rely on it for weight loss. It will lead to better habits in the long run.

Swimming or water exercise. Try to eat a bit less. Controlled portion size. You'll gain muscle and lose a bit of body fat. Exercise in water is the best workout.

Fun fact, swimming actually increases your appetite.

Great exercise, but not recommended for fat loss.

1. Track your macros for 2 weeks to find your maintenance
2. Determine your deficit by subtracting 250ish cals from your maintenance calories.
3. Aim for 1g/lb protein, 0.35-0.5g/lb fat and the rest carbs for your macros to fill in your calorie needs
4. Cut carbs to increase weight loss if you plateau
5. Sleep, work out, do cardio, eat Whole Foods that will curb cravings

Ozempic is certainly a cheat code. Would recommend aiming for 200g+ of protein daily to try and avoid muscle wasting. Obviously equally important is that you have a resistance training routine you follow of at least 3 days a week.
Taking Ozempic while having a high protein intake would cause a lot of satiation, so you likely would no longer overeat and that's what causes weight gain or lack of weight loss (calories in vs out). A simple way to get plenty of protein would be a ~50g protein shake 3x a day.
