his cpu isnt even on the list of outdated cpus i selected same cores newer gen i7

I'm asking you why you sidegraded from an i9 to an i3 when you didn't need the upgrade and you wouldn't notice any difference. Lol You literally built that computer three years ago and you're buying a new one. I'm confused not belittling you. You have an addiction and you need to get help though. Hope it works out. I was there before fourteen years ago.
