since my current laptop cries and dies under stress and I’m getting a new pre build box, only reason I’m getting 40xx.

I bought a 2080TI for $450 used. Mind you it is the FTW3 edition from EVGA. How bad did I fuck up? Should I sell it and get a 4060TI? Should I sell it and get a 3070TI or did I make a pretty good buy and I should just relax and enjoy my PC?

Mind you I'm coming from a GTX 970 I bought in 2015! Lol
the CPU is a 4930k though still hitting hard.

I haven't built or fucked with a PC since 2015.

Or what about AMD cards?

Eh the 128 bit bus and 8GB of VRAM of the 4060ti vs the 2080ti 356 bit bus and 11GB of VRAM. Hmm.
