it happened to me a few times that after my acc had been banned, the names became available. not always though and ive been banned for different things :unsure:

well the problem is that its unsafe due to the number of rmters who frequent the forums and dont really give a shit if they lose an acc because they will simply make a new one

the bigger problem is that bans in poe can happen retroactively, you can be banned for something you did 2 years go (happened to me once)

basically ur new and avoid using jsp to trade until you learn how to do it (relatively) safely, or if you simply dont give a shit about your poe account ^_^
