Theres chances to get the same account unbanned twice... (I know for sure! :D ).

I never heard about a third unban thou ...

I have had a third ban reverted

no idea about 4th bans however, thats unheard of

it's true. if you go back and forth with ggg they usually will unban. seems like they do give 2nd chances. sometimes even more
