the droprate of legendaries seems way too high

does anyone know if they increased it just for the beta? (for testing purposes)

I haven’t found any runes what’s up with that.

it's just another tier of items under unique and above rare

system was scrapped for the beta about a week before the beta for good reason. it wasnt runewords, it was some trash system they called "runewords"

No

it's an answer by letting you know they should be dropping less frequently than rares but not at the frequency you think they should be dropping at which is uniques. It helps everyone when you read available material and remove the need to ask answered questions. The drop rate was not affected by beta but you would know that if you bothered to look. So again my answer is to explain why you think the drop rate is so high. suck on that for a while buddy

We’re just gonna have to get used to a very different feel than D2. Your gonna get a legendary or two ever hour or so in this game more than likely. And they won’t feel as special. But it will still be fun.

Personally what I don’t like is when legendaries dropped in d3, and you immediately felt like that item was more than likely a small audio clip as you melted it down for materials. In this game hopefully there will be an economy for loot drops to be traded at some capacity.

Think of legendaries as rare with an extra "special" affix, not as uniques from d1/2.

Uniques will be in the main game but will be much rarer.

Since the skills suck the only way to change or add to your skills is legendry's, which is why the drop rate is so high. You want to spawn 2 hydras instead of 1? legendary. How long did it take them to combine Diablo 3 and Diablo Immortal you think? Probably only started working on it after the "do you even have a phone" fiasco.
