Would like to know more on what level's are best to mf/farm etc.

Doesn’t talk about the best way to farm for item drops. I’ve done the mq 3 times now finally made it to Samaria, I kindve know what I’m doing for the most part just don’t know all of the tips and tricks to farming etc.
