I only have access to my old account (the one creating this thread, “yangtwo” on my phone. I lost access to my old email and forgot my old passwords. I tried to move my FG from “yangtwo” to my new account “yang2”. But I do not remember the old gold password since I have not logged on since march 2022. It’s sad looking at my old messages along with over 5k in forum gold but I can’t move or use them! Please help!!!

Well I can’t get access to my old account. So I created a new one to use. I do not have multiple accounts per se. I just want to see if there is a possibility to move my fg from my lost account to my current account. There is no way for me to get access to my old email. I tried recovering through jsp but they aren’t helping.

Ya I tried this method. But they said they can’t help… lol. Now I can only see my old account on my phone since my browser is still logged on to the old account…. So sad

Multiple accounts means you have more than 1.
Just because you don't have access to your other one doesn't mean you don't have multiple lol.
At the end of the day, your account is your responsibility.

My suggestion is to log out of your old account and only use your new account.

Sure… say good bye to this 5k fg right? What else can I do? Might as well buy an orb with it?? And immortalized this account? That is what JSP would want? Peeps buying more FG…

Why can’t we interact with a real human being and try to resolve this issue? I’ll pay a mediator fg or something lol.

Then use that account and forget about the other one...?
Either or, technically you have access to your account still.
You can also try to look in your phones data and find the password (if it's saved).
You have to log out of one, the choice is yours.

Also, the link you were provided with in post #7 literally has njaguar saying that denial of account recovery is not an automated process. Each recovery is looked at.

No, no saved password. And trust me I’ve tried to guess the old gold password like 50 times and no luck… lol ya I’ll keep trying the acct recovery method as well. Maybe more details can trigger a recovery.
