Hi,

If anyone mods or Admins see this, please let me know if you guys can help me.

I've tried to recover my original account I made in 2006 which I haven't logged on since 2015 but it wouldn't let me as my email might have been lost. I've inputted most of what I remember in the account recovery form but the automated system denied it.

I do have specific information about the account that only I would know like gold transfers, account specific interactions...

Let me know!

Many thanks

What to do when it says " This account cannot be recovered. " after filling the form?

I have tried but i think the automation stops my request before it gets to a person. I have very specific info that only I know about the account and I've tried to put it in the form but it was denied as well.

I just wanted to see if a person can review this request.

Post #2 is the correct answer.

When using that page, an admin will review your recovery and approve or deny it. It is not automated. If it is denied, either provide more (accurate) information, or use the account you're on.
