i forget where i can check that ruling,
im asking cuz i accidently have 4 running at the same time on the first
2 pages.
although the first page only has 1 thread and its all the way at the bottom
- in other words would that many be in danger of a warning from jsp mods?

Click on 'report post' on a random post in a trade thread (don't actually click report after, don't submit a false report)
You'll see all the different reasons why someone would report a topic
The answer is four per top 50 in the list though, to answer your question

You may check for how many topics you have in the top 50 of the section you're currently posting in by
Step 1. Going to "Settings" on the top-left corner of the site
Step 2. Go to "General" and select "50" under topics per page in the drop down menu
Step 3. Simply search your own user name in the topic list by hitting Ctrl + F or whatever you set the search hotkey to.

If you have a lot of items you intend to sell, a good practice is to sort them and optimize them into just a few (4) topics instead of posting a topic per item.
