sometimes i can be very annoying, i am trying to evoke a response. however this is NOT what i am doing here when i say:

I do not actually understand your question here. Are you asking me if Ukraine should be like Belarus, a...vassal state...to Russia. is that your question?

(you only have to answer yes, if yes, if no, can you clarify your question please).

Yeah, is this the plan you suggest for Ukraine?
Theoretically an independent country, outside NATO, but in fact Russia vassal state.

Those shown in the photo were decoys. This can be understood just by looking at how they are assembled: styrofoam and reinforced tape. Belarus warned about the drones that had gone off course, otherwise you wouldn't have managed to shoot down anything at all. In principle, you can shoot them down, then whatever was used to shoot them down will be shot down in response, and so on.

At night in the sky its not easy to see drone details.
We do not rely on Belarusian info, I understand as a moscovian you believe that NATO is useless and doesnt see anything, but its far from being right.

As I understand it, the Key concern, from Russia, is Nato. Russia has repeatedly suggested that they can accept Ukraine in the EU, they do not like this, but can accept this, but Russia refuses to countenance Ukraine in Nato. By being in the EU, Ukraine would already be more aligned with the West then Belarus is.

To reiterate: The notion of not in Nato but in the EU would already separate its existence from Belarus.

Is this perfect? No. is it the best solution? In my opinion, yes.

The problem right now in 2025 is that the EU now seems to consider the conflict a european existential crisis, just like how russia views it. As a consequence, I believe things will escalate, and yes, this means a direct conflict (war) between Europe and Russia.

Rusyn, not Mosovian. What was the hit/miss ratio then?

Do not trust what Russia says - they lie, or change their mind.
Back in 2004 Lawrov said its fine for Ukraine to join NATO.
Then they "changed mind" or are lying.
In fact a western world is a risk for Kremlin, but not military.
The risk is that Russians see that western people live a better life and make a revolution or split from Russia.
That's why they need to punish and bring back those who left Russia empire: Ukraine, Baltics, Poland, Germany.
Are they going further west than that? I dont know, probably they dont dare attack France as France got nukes, but who knows.

Do you consider Poland is currently at war with Russia?

I believe Russians do try to mess here in Poland:
- cyberattacks
- putting fire
- throw African immigrants over the border
- send drones over the border "by accident"
- propaganda to make us dislike Ukrainians
- propaganda to make mess: anty vaccination, support various extremists movements both left and right wing.

This is a hybrid, cold war. Hostile actions in the shadows, without declaring war, without admitting to them.

Tell me who was lying about attacks on Nord Stream and Poland claiming it was Russians? Guess somebody is trying to drag Poland into conflict with Russia. Will you be surprised if the drone attack was a false flag too? A year or two later when the dust settles you will know the truth but this won't change your mind because the incident is over and no actions followed it. You basically are a Russophobe and you are probably fine with the draft dodging banderites walking your streets with black and red banners. Also your country doesn't accept any migrants from Africa, just like Hungary. You accept the Banderites in hundreds of thousands. Check their swastika tatoos before you let them in.

Tusk made a statement the other day - “This war is our war,” effectively acknowledges Poland’s de facto involvement in the conflict. It was unrefuted, tacitly approved by Poland’s leadership, and reinforced by Poland’s hostility toward Russia. Poland actively engages by hosting U.S. and NATO bases, supplying Ukraine, allowing operations against Russia from its territory, and advocating escalation in NATO and EU forums. Western allies and Russia recognize Poland as a proactive participant, not neutral. While not legally formalized, these actions create practical obligations. Consequently, Russia may treat Poland as an adversary and as the rhetoric and incidents mount, a direct confrontation is becoming more likely.

the point i am trying to convey is, when you are in the playground and you see a boy (call him a bully, i dont mind) you dont like, when you tell everyone you dont like that boy, when you help other boys to attack that boy and when you never acknowledge what you are doing, at a certain point you will find yourself directly involved, which will have consequences. thats all well and good in a playground but we are looking at countries here.

I was a bigger fan of your "ex-wife" theory. The idea was that all of Russia's ex-wives would team up to give her a serious beating, but somehow they still seem to be going at it one by one.

Maybe they're jealous that Russia found itself an Asian hooker with a colossal rear and American Dream-sized boobs.
