Hi all,

In Ladder Slasher I made a mistake selecting "weapon abilities". I accidentally clicked "knockdown" whilst I meant to select "retribution". How can I reset this?

You can't. The only way would be to reroll your character. This might make sense if you would be still at a very low level. Since you are already at level 45 I wouldn't suggest this.

It will automatically reset once you get to the Master Quest (LvL 71)
There's no possibility to reset stats until you're "done".

So I get to level 71 and then I can reset all points?

It doesnt matter if you pass or not but your character will automatically get reset to lvl 1.
Same appears for your ability and stat points

Knockdown is not a bad ability. as pointed out you are level 45. Also, I would suggest you put your charms on a mule and get a +Str charm for main slot for more damage (if you are using a sword, if using a dagger then go dex). Note: your charms are elemental charms and get more damage from Intelligence, you don't have much at all.

Just keep adding to that ability up to 40%, you will be around Master Quest by then and it will reset as stated by another after MQ and you are back to level 1.

Knockdown = Column, so if you see 2 mods on top of each other it is handy... also even vs 1 monster (Well or EP).

Note: if this is your first climb, you are set on default (2 normal monsters & 1 EP), so this ability is crap, however, once you complete your first MQ, the default settings will be disabled, thus 1-3 Normal & 1-3 Evil Presence can spawn.

Have fun and good luck on the next 26 levels to Master Quest... check your local MP for upgrades.

But I dont have to do it? Sounds like a waste to start at level 1 again...
Especially once fg has been invested in gear?

Master Quest = the chance to UNLOCK another class until you RESET Ladder slasher... you ALWAYS start at level 1 and keep all your gear you have collected... including your prof points.

So dump the charms I have now ( sell on mp ) and get a charm or 2 charms with STR bonus for more sword damage.

You dont have to do it.
Its just 1 wasted ability point, not more.

As already mentioned.
At this point it wouldnt make sense to reroll.

And as izParagonzi said, you wont loose any gear after mq. It's just your Ability and Stat Point which will reset.
