Nah, I'm with Trump on that one. Medwedew has been running his mouth since this war begun, he is the one who is constantly making threats about the West facing nuclear destruction and so on and forth. Trump is taking his provocation too seriously, probably not realizing that Medwedew is nothing but a rabid poodle who's trying to compensate for his lack of actual clout and influence by particularly hardline rhetoric - but it's still clearly this rhetoric which started the squabble. Medwedew is responsible for this escalation. Trump even explicitly spelled it out: "there is probably nothing behind this guy's words, but just in case, know that we are prepared for everything".
