We should update the site rules and ensure all rules are clearly listed to maintain transparency, reduce confusion among users, and promote consistent enforcement. these all mention the sig sizes and 2/3 mention the avatar size, but it isnt in the first link where the rules are.

I'm thinking we update the rules to better inform others on what they are this way it was in writing.

also this give the mod team a chance to add any rules they see fit if needed.
