i already tryed it like 7 or 8 time and never get answer

i try since 3 weeks and the only answer i get is a Bot who tell me the recovery failed

its not a bot. staff is telling you that you dont have enough info.

but they should ask me what info they need lol , does a friend from my friend list on my lost account can help ? if staff ask him if i m the right owner or i don"t know what could help :'(

no one else can help you with the info. it has to come from you and you only. they simply don't tell you what you need to provide. as the rightful owner, they believe that you should be able to prove it. if they reject it, then they don't think you've provided enough info.
