The recovery formula says my account cant be recovered.

Yes. I know that.

And when I click submit it says "This account cannot be recovered"
So something is wrong. Thats what Ive been saying. So that doesnt really help me.

no staff member will pm you here or anything else

you need to go through the account recovery progress

nothing else you can do for obv reasons
