Actually I think she was jailed by the Israel government before. But there are just people like her. Then again there are people like her in all countries and races, maybe she is just an outlier.

When Germany tried this (with vastly inferior technology and far less relative military power) the only force that could stop it was the USA (and Russia but only armed by US Lend Lease)

Japan also trivially crushed everyone in the Pacific. Again only the US could stop it

This exact scenario has happened multiple times throughout history. The Mongols crushed all their enemies, Charlemagne crushed all his enemies, America crushed all their enemies in their expansion

In the present the USA has unchallenged global reach. I mean Britain more or less conquered the world the same way, unchallenged global reach. And the world is better off because of it, especially for Singapore and Hong Kong

It is not possible for USA and Russia to enter into an alliance. The only way for them to get into one is if Trump or a hardcore Russia supporting president in the USA stays for at least 14 to 16 years. That will change how it works.
I do not think that is possible judging from the divisive politics in USA.

Japan only managed to do it because the Chinese were literally in a crappy position during world war two due to the Manchurian rule, the two opium wars, and the civil infighting between the communist and KMT fraction.
But we have to give a nod to the Japanese as they are the only Eastern power at that time to win a Western Powerhouse Russia during the Russo-Japanese war.

Whether Singapore or Hong Kong will be better off is not entirely true. Both ex colonies only prospered during the Soviet Era and the beginning of China's opening.
I honestly do not see the Chinese or the Russians and even the Indians going away anytime soon.

US and Russia were allies for a very long time. The schism was the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union fell a mere 33 years ago, a very short period of time - anti-Russian sentiment is solely from dirty old boomers still living in the Cold War while they wither and are perpetually online. Over the coming years as their numbers thin out and the young come of age, a Russian alliance is inevitable.

Russian Empire would get Eastern Europe and Asia, American Empire would get all the Americas and Western Europe. Africa would be colonized later by both.

China is irrelevant in a hot war, completely irrelevant. They have a meagre number of nukes, an "army" that would immediately desert in the face of actual combat, and a bunch of military toys that don't work. Russians and Americans, in contrast, are battle-hardened. A great thing about perpetual war is that your military stays hard.

I meant that Singapore and Hong Kong are literally British Imperial city states. British law. Hong Kong only became part of China in 1997.

The reason why Chinese is relevant in a hot war is not because they have superior gadgets or weaponry.
There is something the Chinese do not have and the West have a fair amount more.

And that particular something is Conscience

What it means is...they will sacrifice 800 to 900 million of their civilians in a hot war in return for your 400 to 500 million. Technically speaking you will win in a kill count. But that's about it.
