Sumy attack once again reminds us of what I said since the beginning of this war, if Russia actually wanted to pound Ukrainians into dust it could do it at any time with the flick of a switch.
They say they struck a meeting of military officials assembling for an award ceremony that Russian intel knew about in advance. Whether that was their target and whether they hit their target, what's clear enough is they can launch ballistic missiles into the middle of Ukrainian cities and there's nothing UA can do about it.
