So there's a lot of videos of russian forces posing at the various sites UA held during the kursk offensive, videos of POWs taken and equipment captured and being hauled away
Its pretty unknowable the scale of collapse of the kursk front. How many were withdrawn vs how many captured vs how many killed.
But its also undeniable the whole front collapsed in rapid order. UA forces might hold the border area between Sudzha and Sumy, but the city has clearly been fully swept

I thought the idea was that the Eye would spot the eagles and be intercepted by the Nazgul

Sam or Frodo also would not drop the ring as such as act was beyond their moral limit, they needed assistance from Smeagol

Grim reality of Kursk uncovered by Russian troops in the recovery operations. There's some footage where they've shot a bunch of pigs, because the swine herd had been eating the Ukrainian corpses laying everywhere and its a risk of prion diseases / no longer fit for consumption
I still think its going to be unknowable even 10 years from now how many Ukrainians died, how many were captured and how many POWs executed in war crimes. And I think its a lot in all three categories
