it is html.. try closing off the LS window or tab. and re-open it...

if that doesn't work, maybe try ping or trace route on the jsp server and see where it is timing out.. in some cases it is your ISP that has flagged jsp, I've had to call in to my ISP before to have them un-flag jsp.

in some cases sometimes there was a recent automatic update on your system that needs a re-boot of your computer.

also cleandisc to wipe all old internet storage folders/cookies helps too
