South Korea is a lost cause for other reasons: their birth rate is among the lowest in developed nations and at the same time they don't want immigration. The US is going to pull out at some point exactly like UK from all of its colonies because they'll cost too much long term. China isn't stupid enough to wage a war.
P.S.: Add the US itself to the list of the decaying countries by time. Feminism is so strong in the US, I mean the wrong man hating version, that it is projected around 45% of women are going to be childless.
