disregard first part of my last post, actually Russia took Chernobyl after great battle in irradiated woods where millions of evil Ukrainian nazis perished, granted Belarus stewardship of it, as Ukraine cannot be trusted with it. They also stole some Soviet toilets from Chernobyl before Belarussians arrived and now have access to irradiated toilets back in Kuzk or w/e.

Or is your issue with the fact that Moscow is turning Chernobyl over to Belarus as one of it's terms for peace?

Do you even know WHY Russia would rather turn over Chernobyl to Belarus rather than keep it? Do you understand the significance of Chernobyl, and how it can be put to great use in the supply chain of weaponized nuclear material? The Russians know what to do with that material. And we're still under treaty that prevents the active building of more nukes. So far, both nations appear to be respecting that treaty. Chernobyl back under the control of Russia long term isn't a great strategy for maintaining peace.

But, your rage-on for Putin is a purely irrational thing. Putin is a Statesman who has been governing since you were 6 years old. He's not stupid, nor does he act in an irrational manner. But he DOES act with the interests of RUSSIA at heart. He's also very business-minded, and has talked multiple times on wanting to resume trade with the US, how we've been their strongest trading partner for a century, and both nations only lose with this animosity.
