I think the orange man might be a little bit jelly on this one. Americas (LRHW) dark eagle hypersonic missile ran into a plethora of issues with its booster and targeting systems back in 2023. Its supposed to be in service this year after a successful test, but it's still mostly in its infancy with no proven track record

Meanwhile, the Russians have multiple hypersonic systems in the bag—most notably the recent Oreshnik MIRV—and have been steadily improving them while producing them in increasing numbers. Scramjet/ramjet technology, coupled with a manoeuvrable trajectory, is hard for DEI engineers.

Much like America being surpassed by the Chinese with ai technology, it would seem that uncle sam is lagging behind Russian missile technology. The Americans still have a substantial edge in stealth missile technology, so maybe this is what the Russians "borrowed without permission"

A subject that has been beaten to death in this topic. It's all about stopping Ukraine joining NATO. Demilitarization is a necessary step once it has come to blows instead of negotiations.

Russia's ultimatum (attempt to start negotiations) in December 2021 has made that perfectly clear if it wasn't clear enough already from 2008 onward.

Zelensky explained the ban on negotiations with Putin. According to him, the ban applies to everyone except the President of Ukraine.

So there's a video floating about of a woman combatant getting double-tapped by a drone. She initially appears unarmed and is pleading with the fpv operator to spare her life; the operator refuses and drops the heat. She survives, but her leg is mangled, and she is thus incapacitated. Either the original drone comes back, or a second one comes in to finish the kill, as the woman is lifting her leg to show the operator that she's fucked up while trying to crawl to cover. She got blown to pieces.

Apparently she was Russian (can't confirm), but there were some people arguing about hors de combat technicalities regarding the victim. I personally think that these actions are despicable for white Europeans to commit, but apparently some condone it.

And yeah this is nothing new, Ukraine has been staging drone videos of wounded captured soldiers.
It's their own propaganda that has turned people off to supporting Ukraine, at least Russia treats prisoners of war good.
Ukraine's policy of killing off the wounded also doesn't make tactical sense, a wounded enemy is worth more than a dead enemy in combat because the opposition has to now take care of and evacuate their wounded.
