They had the best team (win% wise) in the NBA last season when he played.

Sure but those stats don't translate to the playoffs. You need to come to terms with with the fact he'll never be the player you've hoped. Injuries/injury prone & poor conditioning/endurance will be his downfall.

Hes simply not HIM. Would be an amazing #2 tho where he's not the leader and doesn't need carry the team.

I mean he led the league in playoff scoring (PPG) and was #1 in playoff EPM. He was #1 in both in the regular season too.
