I have bad anxiety and use cbd and it really helps me.

Same , i use tincture and i smoke cbd flower
I find it helps , if i smoke regular pot its hit or miss on making my anxiety far worse or staying normal . It never helps though

Daily smoker, since teenager, into 40's, friend got a pack of peach rings that were 25mg cbd a piece. I didn't think much about it. One day ate a handful and I was very relaxed. I broke my neck in the army and have daily pain and I ate a few and my body reached a pain-free state and I immediately went to sleep. I'm not a napper either. I respect things. Not intoxicating.
