Creating theories is an important part of the work.
Just ask Albert Einstein.

Look at Judit Polgar's way of breathing:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-ttu7dyBCU&t=305

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-ttu7dyBCU&t=415

She regularly goes into apnea.
I think it is a witness of the inadequacy.

In my personal experience, boys are more likely to do apnea than girls.

Your signature is a pretty telling example.
In your signature, for example, we can see a boy with his mouth shut, with still shoulders, and with his eyes flashing.
Why do you use the image of a boy with a closed mouth?

I can not prove anything because I do not have the money to do scientific work.
By cons, I can gather a set of elements that support my theories.

I am not trying to prove anything.
I am seeing things and trying to understand these things.

Have you ever seen the movie "Bean" with Rowan Atkinson (1997)?
Mr. Bean's job is to sit in a corner and look at the paintings.
I have the same job as him.

I sit in a corner and I look at the World.

Several people on this forum claim that there are big differences between boys 'biology and girls' biology.
And no one is able to make an exhaustive list of these differences.
That's a shame.

Boys and girls do not breathe at the same speed, and even their hearts do not beat at the same speed.
Here are some datas:

I could not find any data on the difference in respiratory rate.
Here is data on the difference in heart rate between boys and girls:
