There are some changes from d2lod to d2r.

Basicly:
102 fcr break is less relevant now.
Hybrid enigma rw and valk 08 not availeble.
No wsm bug.

Which basicly means the ideal helm is Guillaume. Guillaume will add loads of damage adds.

Arach + Trang oul's + 10fcr ring + 2/15 ammu for 65fcr break.

Ias break:
Well, depends on offhand claw. U want full ias on both kicks and traplying.
So it kinda depends on what claw you use. I would suggest runic for Main hand, gt if cant find ideal runic claw.

I dont remember the excact change of wsm now for the relevant skills on assa atm, but I could find out. Its either averaged or offhand is ignored if attack use Main hand. Dno which.

So basicly you want a claw with:
Fool's/40ias/5ctc amp/2soc berber or u May want berUm.

Widowmaker with death web 'um' + stormshield or jmod(20/-20 psn) or swordback's hold or spirit is a relevant ranged function for those u cannot tank, but so are hybridisation with traps or even combi of both.

So, find ur ideal wep first, either u do it cheap via lacerator or find a lovely claw and then check what ideal socets and remaining items should be. Boots should be upped gores in any case. Offhand ring is either wisp/dwarf/raven/soj but everything but Raven require guilaume soc with 'cham'.
Enigma is ofc armor.
And offhand is either of theese:
Chaos runic ideally (3ls/3wep block/3 mb/sm/bladeshield etc)
Jade talent
Bartucs
Offhand trap claw
Even plague can be used, but not best in slow
Stormshield
Phoenix
Actually jmod could be used
Spirit
Swordback hold's

In worst case scenario stuff like wiz, and the typical kicker dagger etc can be used situation based. But their dmg is far from good. Amp + cb + kick is devasting damage.

A 65fcr trapsin geared for as kicksin could do pretty well..

Made a planner build for you.
Added some items which u can play around with etc and check.
Lacerator is -10 wsm, so require more ias. 95 total with fade...
Widowmaker i did not check ias break, but bos is nice...

You can see what u want between kicklevel and mindblast level. Dno what flows best on d2r. When i made such sin on asgard(slight differences ofc) it was very strong.
Mine ofc used bug belt, wiz gloves, valk 08, eod etc. But that lvl 1 base dragon talon could sometimes out tank a bvc when trying just for fun without mindblast or trap backup.
I assume theese bvc i tried vs had a little low dr and was mainly built for fpk.

If u like to play around u can also seach psn dagger dagger, psn dagger ring, diadems etc and play around.
