shared stash means it's easier to abs/stack, so having -res gear ready to switch to is a bit more important

A pre-D2R guide for a BUDGET blizzer. If you got FG, you’d want different gear, but this sorc did well for me in general pubs. Mainly you want to get good at predict-blizz, chainlock ice blast, and sniping.
