BvA Barb always has a shield on.

BvC with a MB setup requires little to no dex.

I use a 2-20-2 with base dex/ar with dex/str/ar jewels in it.
2-25 Shadow Dancers
2x20 dex ravens
2-20-dex-life ammy
20 ias/15 dex/15 str gloves
eld'd ss

I am mb with almost no dex added.
