I dunno if u know this but once someone appeared on screen u can namelock him and keep that namelock until he drifts further than 2 screens away...
if someone stomps u from 2 screens away without having u onscreen its either a charger who desinked and then stomped
or a cheat^^
I dueled DHa myslef once or twice and I havent noticed anything suspicious..
u can actually namelock someone from the distance of around one and half screen with c/t
so probably thats is what u call cheat:)

He was 2 screesn away from me
he was teleporting randomly IN his screen (2 screens from me) and then suddenly blizz on me? And not once, but in many games + it was blizz on head not just blizz in the corner screen
