On a 37 setup ya, but u want the dex ar cuz lack of ar already from lo cham wisp setup and a dex vision 2os is impossible to find on d2r

Coa nec with BerCham or Locham is a nice investment too.
Some dmg and frw loss vs easy res, dr% and fhr.

i guess what i'm actually asking, is fhr still worth it vs just getting more life?

Is it worth using 63fcr but having a cheap setup compared to 37fcr?
I used this before in lod

DR in fpk not so valuable because you get amped

Unless you are godmode amp dodger or snipe enemy nec and ask waiting for amp to fall off but this is unrealistic
