Lower cap is -100. It still helps and can save ur life. Its a cheap way to reach fhr/res and dr. Those diadems can be costly, and if u slack on the stats as forexample resists, all those other rares and craft gonna need high res as well and that costs too.

Yes, if u have only dr from eni u end up at -92% dr.
If u also have a Coa, forexample cham + ber + eni u end up at -69% dr. So it can actually save ur life.

I think there is some kind of interaction with DR on your gear + amp that makes it very inefficient and why no one uses it (I used it sometimes because I would try to dodge the necros amp like a fgt but.. yeah)
