All you need is gtoes and trangs and it matches anyone’s 30 fcr Cb. They may have what maybe 10+ str or dex more than you but then you keep your mobility.

10ow 15ds 30frw from gores > 10 extra cb from goblin toes. I always wear trangs

If you actually test it, open wounds may land 1ce out of every 3 complete duels.

Open wounds is clutch. If you're standing still smiting at me and i run up to you I'm going to get the first smite. We're not tele stomping each other back and forth. All of these players move really well and will shit on your face if you stand still. You can run numbers and walk smite test everything but it's no substitute for actually dueling someone. The only time I shift smite is if I feel like I'm about to get stomped.

We're also playing with Holy freeze so in and out tactics really favor open wounds. You can't always just grab and lock and hold down smite you have to get a smite in and get the fk out.

Which is why you want more fcr, 30 fcr ain’t running no where. To each their own, that’s just what I use.

Its tough to stomp someone that is charging around with hf active. I'm not doubting your skills I'm just giving feedback from my personal experiences. Sometimes I'll get a lock and try to stomp and they synch a charge or they're out of range by the time I land so basically you get nowhere. Just assume if you were able to grab a lock then so were they and play from there. There's a million different scenarios where gore riders are better than goblin toes. The only time I'd use goblin toes over gores is maybe walk smiting against someone, even then I'd probably just use waterwalks.
