great guide bro! this should be stickied. using this as my reference to my zon with some of my own tweaks

With all due respect, this is the weakest advice I've ever read in an amazon guide.

Please do elaborate. I see no problems with the said advices.

First of all, if you had ever joined ANY competative PvP ladder, world or ZvZ, you'd clearly understand that glass cannons (get no where).
Telling people to build a Glass Cannon is just leading them into a regreatful situation where they will wish that didn't build their amazon to begin with.
They are going to lose, (badly) if they build a glass cannon. This is not my point of view, this is a fact. Ask any reputable duelist on JSP and I stress (any)

Second of all, this is what you typed in for ZvZ PvP strategies:

Third of all, 8 fpa is too slow. It's far too slow. It's possile to (tolerate 8fpa) in a pub game but notice I do use the word (tolerate) while using 8fpa.
7fpa is important mainly due to how much faster you can move your character after you fire, (to get away from druid stomping as example)
Long story short, 8fpa will get you killed in modern v1.13 pvp, even in pub games. 7fpa is a must

I don't normally bust someone's balls who writes a guide but this is sort of ridiculous :/
When you write a guide, explain to them what is essential to win
not what is essential to please them, that is where you went wrong

1. I've played competitive zvz and was #1 on Dtrades ladder until I sold my zon way back when. And then I made another one but thats not the point. Please read my post again. especially "This doesn’t mean the glass cannon is the holy grail of amazons. I added this section because at the time I wrote this guide, there was a sudden unwarranted boom of vitazons.

2. The main point of this statement which I'm sure any reasonable person, including you, can infer is that skill>items in zvz. I don't think you were around when zvz was actually popular but pre-faith zvz was all about style.

3. I agree with you; 7 fpa is superior to 8fpa. Please read the post again, especially " I'd give up ~ 500 life to get 7 fpa and 6k damage. ". But to be fair, 8fpa builds are viable - especially in zvz. I have seen zons do well by maximizing life, dr, and damage by sacrificing speed and succeed. I personally do not like 8fpa so I did not experiment with that build enough to include it in the guide.

* Actual ZvZ strategies and tactics (are not mentioned in your guide)
* 7fpa wins and 8fpa loses (this is not mentioned in your guide)

However,

Zvz strategies and tactics are not included. But this is: "I'm not going to give specific details on how to duel zvz because you just need to develop your style =)". I can post my tactics but they are what works for me, and not necessarily others. No point posting what will be a source of controversy since zvz is extremely style oriented.
Sorry, didn't think I needed to say 7 fpa > 8fpa if all my builds posted are 7 fpa. The blurb in my FAQ is to merely state that 8fpa builds are viable.

Here is the catch.I have approx 2.7 k life with oak charges and bo.I need tokill trig using(aka hacking) necs/hdins/sorcs/fc.


What i have at my dispoal
lvl 45 concnentration
lvl 23 might
lvl 16 heart of wolverine
lvl 24 blessed aim
lvl 16 defiance

and a amp necro.

So far i am able to kill some modders in 1-2 arrows(lol) but some escape me somehow.I also cant tank wortha shit.What could i do to improve muh zon.
I know my res sucks, but i also have maxed resist cold/light/fire, and i swap for pride for concentration on merc when i swap on auras.

forgot to mention its over 1300%ed from just auras at my disposal+base gmbbow/fanat+amp+71 crit i am glass as well

but act 2 merc aa hdin rape me cuz they tele 3 screens away,boom 1 poke me done. What can i do to counter this.Amp nec is also summon

If you're set on your build, then try ss (or another shield with dr) and javs.

To avoid getting 1 poke killed, hit w and switch to shield. Thats 75% block and move (to trigger evade instead of avoid). And throw light furies or spam multies or strafe with knockback.
