I bolded the numbers you messed up on

those should be decimals, not the actual % numbers you see.

100% is not treated as 100, it's treated as 1.0

I like cat's eye if you need ias (has 20). Looks welfare but it's a rather qt pi ammy in my eyes. I'd take it over highlords easily. With a last wish however you'll need a bit more than just a 20 ias ammy or 15 ias jewel, i believe

I'm gonna guess it's because the weapon is a sort of balance when the paladin steps forward to smite, an anchor of sorts to keep him from losing his balance when thrusting a shield forward. somehow this must have inspired the weapon range to act for smite
