The following things do not work with Smite:
Knockback (apart from the standard Knockback on the skill) .... it works with cleglaws...!

Technically, items with kb mod DON"T effect smite. However smite it sorta static, so.... yeah :-/.

what ias is needed for 6frame smite?

well with my super cheap gear uber smiter at begginning of ladder,i had 6 frame smite with
a heavens light sceptor that had 2 shaels in it (+60 ais total)
just that and fanat gave me max smite speed

Another ladder starter is Griz Caddy with lvl 15 Fanat. I didnt know this till someone posted about a Griz VT guide and I was amazed at the stats. Anyway the Griz Caddys 40 IAS with lvl 15 fanat gets you to 6 frames!

maybe like 75-80 is max smite speed, woudl like to know if i should keep highlords when using lw instead of grief or switch highlords and get maras and put 15ias jewel somewhere..

so: for shield base i just put 70, cause that was the max, and same for the HS bonus

and the HS add is

i just chose the max, is that right?
