I wont argue about your choice with the Cham rune but, it would be cheaper to use an unperm valk 2 cast rings + tgods.

the +2 skills/vis isn't really that needed vs a caster.

u want to use the wisp ring not only for the 20% sorb but also for the charges

he has that build listed vs trappers where oak/visio isnt really needed, in fpk anyway vs barb shout the visio mod is cool on his circ setup too.
