Mephisto has some of the best drop rates in the game. There is a chest you can open behind him as well. Pindle has a chance top drop any valuable item. It's all percentages on the items you are mfing, just gotta keep mfing.

Sometimes it takes 10 runs to get a good drop, sometimes 100, sometimes 500. It's all chance, the higher the MF, the better the chance, but the quicker you do runs, also adds to the balance.

200 to 250mf is what I usually aim for.

It's not hard to obtain on a damage-focusing build (Enigma+Gheed, some 7% charms and boots if you don't use Gore), and it grants the best chance of findind rare items.

If you're interested into white items (base for runewords), or into runes, charms... then 0% is just fine.

If you run glitched act bosses, 0% is what gives the most rare drops.

I use 200 to 300 mf depending on area
