Looking to get into gm melee

maybe a zealer to fight a friends fury druid

I dont see any ias bps mentioned, does anyone know how much extra ias i would need with a zerker?

or other good zeal bases?

sceptors, zerkers, conquest swords need 60 ias. cryptics and caddys need 40 ias total. ettin axes and seraph rods need 80, Mallot is 125 i think?

I've used all bases. I like sceptors for style, and conquest for the old school look
Check out the style you like and roll.

Seraphs, zerkers, and mallots tend to have the highest damage output, but not different enough to scare you away.

I would avoid phase blades, caddys, and cryptics. They are better for druids.

You’ll hit 55 dr with shako and max is 50. And Cham the shako for cannot be frozen mod. If you’re on east then exile is gm to use in zeal vs zeal and then you just use alma for non tap vs the other classes. Hoz is best to use on cta side for the extra +skills to hs, not to actually use in duels. That said shako can still compete and is a great setup to start out with to see what you like.

Didn’t see this post. For vs fury i'd keep a swap setup and use shaft vs zeal and barbs. You don't need to worry about ar vs fury (or jab zons) since their def is so low so around 12-14k is plenty. This setup has high dmg/cb/ds and does really well.

To add. I would use 1 bk ring 1 raven the life and skill is good when ar doesn't matter

I am bavk after a +/- 7years break. Used to gm duel with a eth valor setup and a c/c setup back in the days.

Are these still the meta?
Also, i see you state max dr is 50, why do you dual ber the coa on the valor setup if you get 15 base coa 15 base valor and 15 on dungo. Would it be better to ber/40.15 it?

Valor is reduced by 15 not 15% which is a different type of dr. If you had a glitched valor you wouldn’t need the zod in it and could Cham it and use Angelics with edc or use a fools and jewel the valor. Meta is shaft/vis setup.

Looks like just the one ladder on east ladder and it’s non tap only so you’d need a non tap setup. Not sure what games they duel in so try pming someone on that ladder. There’s more options on nl if you prefer tap duels
