I play a different variation of the build (use 163/99 vitality and rely on summons for protection while utilizing tele speed for high speed name locked volcanos and bear frags. Incredibly fun build to play and honestly might be my favorite build of all time now. My Shaman is about to be on non-ladder tommorow and I'd love to have an opportunity to duel with you sometime.
I actually have a tactic to contribute to this thread as well. I don't recall it being mentioned or perhaps it wasn't mentioned in quite as much detail but, it regards fighting es sorcs (which alot of people seem to think are invincible vs a Shaman). To break their mana, you name lock the sorc, cast a grizzly on them, immediately follow up with a namelocked volcano, and when the grizzly dies, immediately cast another grizzly. The combo will beat down their mana pool, no matter how much mana they have. My buddy on ladder has a sorc with over 4k mana and 95% sorb. After several hours of practiciing with him, I was able to perfect the skill and now we're pretty evenly matched (es fber if that gives anyone any ideas). It seemed like an impossible duel at first, but I just kept tryng different combos until I found that one. That's the only combo I could find that would break his mana pool and whittle away his life. After about 4-5 combos, the sorc will die. To be able to survive and tank a few fbs myself, I threw on my 2 druid/20 fcr/28 str (um'd) tiara to maintain my 163 fcr bp, waterwalks for 80% fire res, a wiz, and a dwarf (only one to maintain 'gm' status). I could take a couple of fbs and also cast the bear in between the sorc and myself to eat a fb or two while teleing away in between delays of volcano casts.
