Just a few example :
-60 WSM xbow ain't 2x faster than -30 WSM PB
Different weapon types with different attack rates.
Demon machine on a necro in bear form is approx 8% faster on average if we look at the full spectrum of Eias tables (the real answer varies, and sometimes the same amount of ias is equal to the same speed, both capping at 7fpa)
If you have 80% chance to crit and 50% crushing blow and 35% ctc amp when struck, you are still very far from doing "QUAD DAMAGE".
80% crit = 1.8x your flat phys dmg, which is a small portion of your total dmg
crushing blow is a %dmg that doesn't benefit from negative res, it can only be reduced by positive res, and it doesn't crit either
same for bone spear which is a big portion of your dmg, no bonus from crit, no bonus from amp
The list goes on... But most other problems are due to the fact that it was written in 2010 for LoD.
