ok, to me dracs, gore/gtoe, 4x dia shield and any weapon with cb are enough.

but, plz read what the OP wrote, he needs more life tap procs. LW offers him more procs. on top of this, thx to it's massive cb, he can use any helm he likes. and don't forget fade, it's Dr and @res. Oh, I just realized it even had PMH.

say, Kira with 2x dwarf for extremely safety, or ber X2 coa for more dr, or dream for confuse procs, to name a few.

someone says LW sucks, but he just doesn't know how to utilize it.

and iirc, poison dmg doesn't apply to smite, so OW is kinda important for smiter. Then I prefer Gore Rider over gtoe

Yes, Gores should be weared, forgot that part on my setup what i posted on page one. So either Draguls or Gores for there too.

if you need fade to uber (you don't, even with shitty gear), use a treachery either as main or prebuff arm.

grief costs a fraction of what lw does and increases kill speed by a ton. lw has nothing going for it
