This isn't exactly a quick and easy request, so I'm paying for it. I'd like someone to write up a list of the mods I should be looking for on each type of item at each level, and the perfect mods at each level. I keep finding items that I'm not really sure if they're worth keeping or not, and I'd like some clarification Thanks.

/e Just to make it more clear what I'm asking, I'm looking for something like this:

Lightning charms:

Max ee at levels 0-55:
Max str at levels 0-55:
Max other mods levels 0-55:
Desired amount of ee at levels 0-55:
Desired amount of str at levels 0-55:

Staves:

Max ee at levels 0-55:
Max mana at levels 0-55:

And so on. Really looking for something like this for every type of item. I'm sure a lot of this information is already posted somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

Going to add that Mana Syphon is an amazing mana battery at pretty much any level.
